There is no rush, no hurry, just you and your body and a developing awareness that feels so right. I often finish with a big smile on my face that got there all by itself! Thank you, thank you! I was wondering do you have plans or would you be open to expanding your travels to Toronto? I am a registered yoga teacher, my teacher has spoken very highly of you and I am looking to expand my teaching tool kit.
