The Three Sentences

The Three Sentences

When I wake up in the morning, I say these 3 Sentences to myself. I try to make them the first thought of my day. As soon as I notice that I am waking up, I roll onto my back, get comfortable, and then say the sentences to myself. I say them 3-4 times—until it feels like I mean what I am saying—and I relax as much as possible to let the meaning soak in. The idea is to deliberately get online, to mentally attune yourself to the infinity of Mind, and consciously realize that it’s to your advantage to be online all the time, all day long. Whenever you have a decision to make, don’t make up your own mind. Make up your mind to no longer make up your mind. Instead, get online, silent mind it, and actively listen for inner knowing, your new commonsense.

“Today I will make no decisions by myself.

I will make no decisions by myself because it is no longer intelligent to do so.

Instead, I will make all my decisions in silent counsel with the Infinite.”
